If the recruitment unit has one of the following behaviors in public recruitment, the personnel of the competent department of the public institution or the personnel comprehensive management department of the public institution shall order corrections within a time limit; if the overdue does not make corrections, the person in charge and other directly responsible persons shall be punished according to law:
(1) Failure to approve (filing) recruitment plan in accordance with the prescribed permissions and procedures, and organize public recruitment without authorization;
(2) Settings or restrictions that are not related to posts;
(3) If the recruitment announcement is not issued in accordance with regulations;
(4) After the recruitment announcement is issued, the recruitment procedures, job conditions, number of recruitment, examination methods, etc. without authorization;
(5) Those who fail to qualify for the qualifications of the recruitment;
(6) Those who fail to organize physical examinations in accordance with regulations;
(7) Those who fail to publicize the list of personnel to be hired in accordance with regulations;
(8) Other violations of disciplinary violations that should be ordered to be corrected.
If the recruitment staff has one of the following behaviors, the relevant departments will be punished and they will stop it to continue participating in the recruitment of the year and the next year:
(1) The start time, delayed test end of the exam, and shortening the test time of the exam without authorization;
(2) If you change the test room or seat for the applicants without authorization;
(3) The test room is not accurately recorded and violations of disciplinary violations, and it will have a certain impact;
(4) Those who have not implemented the avoidance system;
(5) Other general disciplinary violations.
If the recruitment staff has one of the following actions, the relevant departments will be punished, and they will be transferred away from the recruitment position. If they are not allowed to engage in recruitment; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law:
(1) Instructions, indulge in cheating others, or participate in cheating during the examination, inspection, and physical examination;
(2) During the confidentiality period, the information that the test questions and interview scores should be leaked should be kept confidential;
(3) If you change the test score standard without authorization or do not evaluate the papers according to the scoring standard;
(4) The supervision is not strict, which leads to a large area of cheating in the examination room;
(5) Attention, the adverse effects;
(6) Other serious violations of discipline and regulations.
