1. Be careful to choose off -campus training

Letting children physical and mental health is our common wish. Parents and friends are requested to carefully understand and understand the "double reduction" policy, follow the laws and characteristics of the healthy development of minors, and treat the role of off -campus training rationally. 2. Preventing off -campus training risks

In order to effectively prevent risks such as "difficult refunds" and "rolling money and running the road", our province implements the full supervision of pre -collection fees for off -campus training institutions. In accordance with the requirements, all training institutions in the province must collect the training fee through the platform by the platform. The pre -collected training fee will be fully transferred to the platform supervision account for supervision. After the training is completed, the parents confirm that the training fee can be transferred. The "Rainbow Key" on the platform's parent is the only entrance to pay for lessons. 3. Avoiding off -school training traps

Parents and friends must ask the training institution to issue a regular invoice when purchasing the training course. 4. Resisting invisible mutation training

5. Adopt a legal way to protect rights

Parents and friends are requested to properly keep bill information such as contract text, payment invoice, payment screenshots, and full screenshots of electronic contracts. When there are disputes such as refund, parents and friends can negotiate with the training institution based on the content of the contract. If the negotiation is inconsistent, you can apply for mediation to the local consumer association, or appeal to the local education department, and the local education department can be mediation.
