In order to better understand the two bridges and the red stories behind them, the practical group formed two questionnaires, collect information to the local people through a combination of online and offline, and form a total of 561 questionnaires after summarizing it. The survey provides effective data support.

After being familiar with the red story behind the bridge, the practical group organized a bridge red story preaching in the local organization. While cultivating the red consciousness of its own era and the cultivation of patriotism, it also led the red spirit of local residents to inherit and carry forward the revolutionary ancestors.

Huang Aming, deputy secretary of the party committee of the School of Civil Engineering of Changsha University of Technology, introduced that the college has always attached great importance to practicing people's work. Since the start of the red bridge visits in 2021, the college has established nearly 200 teams for the teachers and students of the whole college in combination with the professional characteristics of the college. 1,000 people went to 31 provinces across the country to conduct visiting activities. Through the scene, the stories behind the red bridge were experienced, leading the majority of students to consciously measure the land of the motherland with their footsteps and increase their knowledge in practice.
