On June 30, 2022, the "China Emergency Chongqing" of the large -scale water engineering rescue ship was sailled from the Zhongjiang Shipyard Pier of the Fuling District, Chongqing, and was officially delivered to the Chongqing Emergency Administration.

"China Emergency Chongqing" is an advanced water comprehensive emergency rescue platform for the emergency management department to support Chongqing. The total length of the ship is 59.9 meters, 13 meters wide, 3.9 meters deep, full -loaded displacement of 1052 tons, power of 4,000 horsepower, speed of 22 km/h, 1,000 kilometers of battery life, 5 days of self -holding force, supporting multi -wave sweeping system, underwater robotic robot , Underwater 4D imaging equipment, mixed gas device and other underwater search deep diving equipment, the maximum depth of diving operations can reach 120 meters deep, with the ability to successfully salvage thousands of tons of shipwrecks and sinking objects, undertake flood rescue of the Three Gorges Reservoir and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River The tasks such as rescue, emergency evacuation, anchoring positioning, uninstallation, and disaster relief materials will greatly improve the emergency rescue capabilities of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and provide strong safety guarantees for shipping.

In order to strengthen the operation of ship operation, the Chongqing Emergency Administration has formed the Chongqing water engineering rescue team around the ship, mainly to carry out water engineering rescue and salvage assistance. At present, the rescue team is undergoing coordinated training in people's outfit, and has the ability to do emergency rescue missions.
