Overcoming the barriers and successfully realized the integration of technology at home and abroad

Under the epidemic, how to meet the construction progress requirements when the personnel's itinerary is affected, this has become a problem facing many domestic projects. A few days ago, the integration of domestic and foreign unloading arm technology led by Jiangsu Chimelong Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. was announced to be completed. While ensuring the smooth progress of major projects in the province, it also showed that China is already in a leading position in this technology.

Earlier this year, due to the blocked foreign experts, the 4 imported LNG unloading arm of the China Sea Oil Jiangsu Binhai LNG receiving station encountered the problem that it could not effectively integrate with the domestic equipment system. If this problem cannot be solved, it will greatly affect the advancement of the entire project. In order to ensure the successful delivery of major projects in accordance with the plan, under the lead of the R & D Center of the China Shipping Oil and Electricity Group, the domestic unloading arm manufacturer, Jiangsu Changlong Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd., was ordered to undertake the task of research on this technological integration project.

Based on the design and manufacturing experience accumulated in the industry for many years, Chimelong Petrochemical has overcome the restrictions of non -public transportation and on -site isolation. Since early March, the on -site fighting on the dock has been fighting for more than two months. During the period, relying on the coordinated efforts of the equipment inspection and maintenance personnel of the Binhai receiving station, the company thoroughly studied the full set of drawings, the principle of PLC logic control, and the regulation of the unloading arm. The domestic control system was performed once in the test. As of June 23, all five unloading arms have fully achieved a smooth integration and linkage on the project, and the performance indicators are consistent with the expected technical requirements.

It is worth mentioning that the success of this technical research has greatly shortened the process of localization of the equipment, and also solved the problem of failure maintenance of the fault maintenance system of the subsequent import unloading arm control system. The system integrates the precedent of European and American unloading arms.
