The former engineering center was approved by the National Engineering Laboratory of the National Engineering Laboratory approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2008. It provides spatial information product quality inspection and quality guarantee capabilities, and improves the refined and quantitative level of remote sensing satellites. It is an important part of the national civil space infrastructure.
