my country's first self -developed deep -water underwater production system is officially put into use in Hainan

Recently, the East 1-1 Gas Field Southeast District Development Project located in the East 1-1 gas field in Yinggehai, Hainan has been put into production. This is the first set of deep-water underwater production systems independently developed in my country. Getting major breakthroughs is of great significance for creating independent and controllable marine oil and gas equipment systems and ensuring national energy security.

Independent research and development achieves breakthroughs

Deepwater underwater production system is an important technical and equipment for developing marine oil and gas resources. It is a concentrated manifestation of the comprehensive strength of deep -sea oil and gas development. Prior to this, my country's underwater production system relied on imports. Equipment applications faced issues such as long -term collection cycle, high procurement price, and difficulty in maintenance, and restricted the development of deep -sea oil and gas resources in my country. The successful development and application of domestic deep -water underwater production systems can be effectively developed by many deep -water margins that did not have economic benefits.

Project results drive industrial development

Deepwater underwater production systems should be produced for more than 20 years on the bottom of the sea with more than 500 meters, and the design capacity and construction process of equipment are extremely high. Xie Yuhong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and chief scientist of China Sea Oil, led the R & D team to successfully grasp the overall design of the underwater production system, the localization manufacturing of the core parts, the assembly process and the installation of the sea installation. It is of positive significance for driving the development of marine oil and gas equipment related industries.
