The training of the new training of the group army ended

Recently, the 78th Army's new training sanitation officer training has ended successfully at the 78th Army Hospital of the Army. After three months of Ganggang quenching, more than 20 healthmen were about to go to the post to help improve the capacity of grassroots health security.

In the training of health officers, the Group Army Hospital adopted a combination of theory and practice to take the emergency and prepare for the preparation of the health guard, strengthen the training of basic courses, and comprehensively refine the practical ability of the battlefield of the health officer.

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of training, they will pass through the entire process of quantitative evaluation, adopt the methods of training, small tests, and grading tests to ensure that the theory and practice of trainees are "doubled". At the same time, they combined the daily performance of officers and soldiers to establish a learning file and growth progress card, and regularly draw the rankings and evaluate the selection.

On this basis, they also use the Weiqin training center and the facilities and equipment of tactical training grounds to simulate various types of injuries in the battlefield environment and improve the ability to deal with the injuries in the complex environment of the trainees.
