According to the situation at the time, Bao Yuelu and others took the initiative to fight and entered other company teams to keep the mountain on the hill. In the offensive and defensive battles with the enemy, the enemy fired an airplane cannon, threw a burning bullet, and even burned the roots. Baoyue Lu led more than 10 recruits to fight back and stick to his position.

After the war, due to his excellent performance, the superior gave the monthly three -class merit of the month, and it was officially promoted to the squad leader.

The class where Yueyue Lu is located was selected as a "special action group" -the trimming raid against the Baihu Group.

On the way, 13 people including Bao Yuelu quickly passed through the open space. When the ladder rolled the iron net, everyone was stabbed all over the body, and no one cared about the pain and ran like a run.

After the team rushed into the location of the White Tiger Group, I saw a table with a pair of "tiger heads" and "winning" flags printed on it, so that another comrade -in -arms will be alert. It wrapped it on the waist and brought it out.

At the end of the strange white tiger group, Baoyue Lu took the banner tied to the waist, and was later confirmed as the Baihu Tuan Banner. Today, the flag is collected in the Chinese Revolutionary Museum.

In March 1955, the troops where Baoyuelu was located was ordered to return to China. The story of the strange attack of the White Tiger group was also edited as a drama and made a movie.

On the morning of September 6, 2022, Bao Yuelu died at the age of 90 in his home in the East District of Panzhihua City. Family members followed Bao Yuelu's wishes, and did not set up a spiritual hall or wreath, and sent the old man's body to the funeral home of Panzhihua City.
