Since the "Thirteenth Five -Year Plan", my country's industrial robotics products have continued to innovate and have improved their performance significantly, but the standard testing and evaluation system is not perfect, and it cannot support the rapid development of the industry. In July 2019, relying on the reliability and intelligent national key laboratory of electrical equipment and intelligence, our school established the national automation system and integrated standardized technical committee of the robot and robotics and equipment sub -technical committee. The establishment of national standards and industry standards related to the reliability of industrial robots and the development of industry standards is committed to improving the reliability level of domestic industrial robots. After the working group was established, it was led by Hebei University of Technology, and 19 units of the United Nations Industrial Robot Enterprise, National Robot Inspection and Evaluation Center, and Robotic Core component manufacturers. In four years, the national standards were finally established and approved for the "Calculation Method for the average failure working hours of industrial robots". At present, relying on our school's industrial robot reliability working group, 4 national standards related to robot reliability, service robot safety, and test methods have been drafted.
As industrial robots involve the service conditions such as transmission, transmission, frequent start and stop, testing alone can not effectively reflect the average failure working time of industrial robots under real conditions. For the first time, this standard combines the test field and the scene, the integration of testing data with service data, which reduces the cost of test evaluation and evaluation of industrial robots, and provides theoretical and technical support for the quality guarantee and reliability improvement of domestic industrial robots, leading and promoting the robot industry Standard system construction and standardization development.
