In 2021, there were nearly 500 navigable enterprises and institutions in Hunan Province, with an output value of about 75 billion yuan. It has outstanding advantages in the fields of turbos shafts, turboprop engines, aircraft takeoff systems, transmission systems, general aircraft, and aviation materials. At present, the competitiveness of the Hunan aviation industry's small and medium -sized aviation engines leads the country, with a domestic market share of more than 90%; light general -purpose aircraft account for more than 70%of the domestic market; aircraft landing frame accounts for more than 70%of the domestic market, and has been equipped with domestic large aircraft C919.
