Each camp is connected to the "target card" independently, and the officers and soldiers set the next day training goals based on the training situation. After the training, the company's unified organizational officers and soldiers compared the training scores and personal target results of the day, and developed the next day training plan. Many officers and soldiers saw progress, ease anxiety, and stabilized their motivation in insisting on the "punch card".

They also encouraged the clubs to carry out cooperation activities to further stimulate the enthusiasm of officers and soldiers training. The author saw on the training ground that the Dragon and Tiger List confrontation is hot development, the training score curve map is updated in real time, and the battalion challenge has entered the fierce stage.

In the past few days, the training activities of "small goals" for check -in have continued to set off a round of training boom, and a company and soldiers have significantly improved the excellent rate in phased military training and assessment. The company's officers and soldiers felt that they were addicted to "punching", the training results have been steadily improved, and the training shortcomings have also been made up.
