Thai Media: China -Thai Air Force will conduct joint exercises

It is reported that the exercise time is scheduled to be from August 14th to 24th. The exercise location is located in the Wulongjini Air Force Base in northern Thailand. The base is the residence of the 23rd Air Force group of the Royal Army in Thailand.

According to sources, the Chinese Air Force plans to send six J-10C fighters, 1 J-7A combat bomber and 1 air police-500 early warning aircraft to participate in the exercise.The Royal Army in Thailand plans to send five "Eagle Lions" fighter jets, 3 Alpha attack trainers and 1 Saab-340 early warning aircraft.

The report specifically mentioned that the US-made F-16 fighter did not participate in this exercise, and the Chinese Air Force's Su-27 fighter aircraft also did not participate.

The Thai "Bangkok Post" said that the exercise will further consolidate the friendly relationship between the two countries and the two armed forces, which will help maintain regional peace and security.
