India's new rockets lost their first flight

According to media reports such as "India Today" and "India Times", on August 7, the first launch task of the small satellite launch vehicle (SSLV) that was officially highlighted by India was unsuccessful to the scheduled track.
According to the Indian media, the SSLV rocket launched this time is equipped with two satellites. The first three levels of this rocket work normally and complete the separation (the first three levels use solid fuel engines), but the rocket 4 uses the fourth level of the Rockets. The remote test signal was lost after the speed of the speed of the satellite (VTM), and the subsequent recovered remote test signal showed that both satellites had been put on, but the orbit it reached was lower than the expected height, which made these two two. The working status of the satellite is not stable.
Indian media said that India's main rocket is the "Polar Satellite" Locomotive Rocket (PSLV) (larger models and Earth Synchronous Satellite Loe -Dered Rockets, GSLV, which is currently the largest carrier rocket in India). With more than 50 tasks, this rocket can emit the maximum 1750 kg valid load to the solar synchronization orbit 600 kilometers away from the earth.
However, the cost of the PSLV rocket is more expensive, and the launch cycle of each rocket is long, which cannot meet the current growing small satellite launch market. As a result, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has developed SSLV rockets targeted. This rocket can emit 10 to 500 kg valid load to a near -land orbit 500 kilometers away from Earth.
According to IRSO officials, SSLV Rockets are expected to launch 50 to 60 pieces every year in the future, providing new competitiveness for India in the commercial space market, and allowing other rockets to better meet the launch of large satellites.
