Recently, a brigade of the 78th Army and the judicial department of the resident government unveiled the legal aid workstation of the brigade. The author saw in the legal aid workstation that various legal professional books were filled with bookshelves, and the "Lawyers' Legal Aid Duty Table" posted on the wall was particularly eye -catching. Hu Zhengwei, the superior soldier who participated in the unveiling ceremony, told the author that when everyone encountered the problem of the law, they could directly call the phone on the duty table, contact the legal aid lawyer on duty on the day, and obtain the "one -to -one" special service.

In order to further guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of officers and soldiers and the military, the brigade actively establishes a military land collaboration mechanism with units such as the residential judicial department, colleges, law firms, etc., and regularly invites legal experts in the resident units to enter the military camp and officers and soldiers face -to -face. The unveiling of the establishment of a legal aid workstation with the judicial department of the resident government is not only a warming project that helps officers and soldiers solve the problem of law -related problems, but also a real measure to comprehensively promote the construction of the rule of law.

The author learned from the legal aid workstation that legal experts not only answered questions on the spot for officers and soldiers, but also gave the preliminary "Common Questions to Law Question 100 Question" to the officers and soldiers who came to consult. Officers and soldiers generally stated: "The legal aid of the" one -stop "is warm and intimate!"
