Work requirements

1. Participate in the author's free proposition.

2. The work adheres to the original and plagiarism is strictly prohibited, otherwise it will cause any legal disputes or responsibilities, and the author shall bear it.

3. The work must vividly express the author's life experience and creative concept, showing noble life pursuit, elegant aesthetic taste and excellent artistic talent.

4. Participating works are divided into three categories: art, design and photography.

Art categories: Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, watercolor/flour painting, lacquer painting, small sculpture, pottery, comprehensive materials, illustrations (hand -painted comics), etc.

Design: Propaganda, posted paintings, advertisements, and circular arts, landscapes, display, architecture and other related design works for computer design and production.

Photography: single and group photos can be both (including documentary and art photography works), black and white/color are not limited, and film/digital unlimited; each group of group photos must not exceed 6 pieces, and the group photo needs to be integrated by themselves by themselves. 5. The works should be created for the past two years. The works published publicly can also be participated. The works that have participated in the art and design exhibition of previous Hubei universities must not be submitted.

Selection method

1. This year's exhibition participating works are selected by the teacher group and the student group. Each group will evaluate the gold, silver, bronze awards and excellent awards, and several selected names; and 10 outstanding organization awards.

2. The Organizing Committee Office will hire relevant experts to compose the cost of exhibition art and design works selection committees to select the participating works.

3. The activities related to the event and the winning and selected list will be announced on the website of the Hubei Provincial Museum (www.hbqyg.cn) and the new media platform.

Method of sending

The handling of the work is submitted to the preliminary evaluation method. Each author is limited to one piece of work in the same category. The shortlisted works must be submitted to the original participation in the final evaluation, and the original work is not deemed to give up the review by itself.

1. The size of all works in the initial evaluation is A4, and the effect should be as close as possible. The submission time is: September 28th to 30th, 2022, Address: Hubei Provincial Museum of Art (No. 56 Dingziqiao Road, Wuchang District, Wuhan).

2. Final evaluation of art works must be equipped with frames or mounting (disable ordinary glass in a frame, and can be covered with a transparent film or organic glass. The length and width are not more than 120cm); the size of the picture of the photography works is controlled within 20 inches of the long side without mounting, and it is declined to submit the full computer synthetic picture.

3. When submitting the final evaluation work, please submit the original electronic files of HD works (a single electronic file format requires JPG, and the size is not less than 8m). The time and place of the final evaluation work will be notified separately.

4. The back of the art and design works of the preliminary evaluation and final evaluation must be pasted on the back of the "Hubei University's Ninth Art and Design Exhibition Arts and Design Work Registration Form" (Affiliated Table 1). 5. The preliminary evaluation photos and the final evaluation work are submitted by each school (not accepting personal works). Exhibition exchange

1. Excellent works on the exhibition will be exhibited in concentrated (specific time and place). All the original works submitted to the art work will be refunded, and the schools will be retrieved within three days after the exhibition. Participating in the design of KT board exhibition boards and photography works will not be refunded.

2. After the activities are completed, the collections of this exhibition will be uniformly published. Each of the authors of the award -winning work gives one book.

3. The submission is deemed to agree to the organizer's free public welfare use. The organizer has the right to use the work for activities such as activities, publishing, display, and media playback.
