Dazhen Village, an ancient and quiet small mountain village, is located in the Shenshan Gully Valley of Liangjiazhai Township, Yue County, Yangquan City, Shanxi Province. So far, it has a history of more than 1,500 years. It is one of the oldest villages in the country. In 2013, Dazhen Village was included in the list of "traditional Chinese villages", and in 2019 it was rated as "Chinese historical and cultural village", and it has now become a well -known tourist attraction.

The word "汖" reads pìn in the dictionary. The locals read chǎng, and the mountains and rivers and water are beautiful. The 65 small courtyards of the entire village are built on a whole mountain. There can be a trickle flowing from the mountains everywhere in the village, and the birds in the forests are bursting, adding endless fun to this tranquil place. Because of the depths of the mountains and rugged roads, outsiders are rarely reached. With the rise of tourism, more and more people have entered Dazhen Village, and their peculiar architectural styles are called "Budara Palace in the Shenshan Mountain in Yuxian".

Dazhen Village is now completely preserved in the seven Buddha statues, recording a period of history of ancient villages. There is a text behind the statue of the big king stone of Shilong Town. According to the older generation of villagers and inferred from some cultural relics, during the Northern Wei Dynasty, the Ma surnames built their own homes in Dashan to avoid war or other disasters, and became the prototype of Dazhen Village, and then moved away. At the end of the Yuan and early Ming Dynasty, it was discovered by the Han family who came to Yuxian from Hongdong to Yuxian. He was settled here, reproduced, and gradually formed the current scale. So far, most of the villagers in Dazhen Village are surnamed Han.

Fangsheqi, roads, Dashuqi, and Shifoqi are called the four strange landscapes of Dazhen Village. Interestingly, if a stone Buddha said at different hours on the same day, the weight is different and the difference is very different.

In the 1950s, there were more than 80 residents and more than 360 residents. At that time, the village was still an administrative village, and the schools and supply and marketing cooperatives were all available. At present, Dazhen Village has repaired more than 70 damage traditional buildings, equipped with 30 fire protection facilities, protects 9 ancient trees, 3 ancient temples, and 7 ancient monuments. Dazhen Village has a long history, condensing the wisdom of the local people's production and life, carried the local folk and cultural characteristics of Yuxian County, and has high historical and cultural value.
