On July 3rd, during the seventh foreign minister meeting of the Lancang River -Mekong cooperation in Myanmar, the State Councilor and Foreign Minister of Wang Yi went to the Bingnu Temple Repairing Project of Bingyu Temple in Burhan, Myanmar, to the Burma Masters of Myanmar. After the emergency support, the outer view of Bingyu Temple

In August 2016, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in central Myanmar, causing hundreds of stupas and Buddhist temples including Bingyu Temple. Prime Minister Li Keqiang presented to the Myanmar government for the first time and promised to provide support for the repair of monuments. The Chinese side immediately organized a team to go to the Pagana to inspect and rescue the shock -damaged building. The project is an important achievement of our leaders' concerns about Myanmar after the earthquake. The subsequent China will carry out the 9 -year -old cultural relics body protection and repair, mural protection, and archeological assistance. At present, the project is in the stage of construction.
