Over the years, I have the opportunity to go to a school to participate in on -the -job training, which has benefited a lot. The elegant environment of the school, the profound knowledge of the teacher, and the deep friendship established by the classmates all made me unforgettable. But a trivial matter that every student will experience in life makes me unforgettable and feels fast.

The student's restaurant is very spacious and uses the form of self -service meals. When you enter the restaurant, you can take the tableware at the table. Each student takes out the plate, soup, spoon, chopsticks, and then lined up in the direction of the east -west direction in the tableware cabinet. The dishes are rich. The trainees take their own needs and look for a dining table for dining tables.

However, there is a small problem. Some students ignore it. Although some students realize that there are problems, they think that it is a trivial matter.

This problem is: It's inconvenient to take meals like this!

The dinner plate is not large, and the soup bowl occupies too much space in the plate, and it is a bit heavy. Moreover, it is a bit far from the meal pickup to the soup. There are more than 20 meters. If you take the dishes and pasta first, turn it back and take the bowl of soup, which is too troublesome. If you want to drink two bowls of soup, a bowl of rice porridge and a bowl of millet porridge are even more troublesome.

In fact, in order to facilitate the students' meal, just make a slight reform: take the plate, chopsticks at the dining cabinet at the door, and take bowls and spoons at the soup.

This is indeed a trivial matter. But small things are not small, it does add a small trouble to everyone who come to eat. If someone thinks that I just give a reasonable little suggestion to the school, it will violate my original intention. Actually, I want to say a few words:

In life, we will encounter many common things. Some things are small, and some things are not small, but people are used to it. But is this right? In work, we must be good at thinking, discovering problems, solving problems, and old -fashioned and inconvenient practices, rules and systems. To put it a little bit, the new era is facing a major change in a century, and it must keep pace with the times at all levels, and strive to reform the old, accustomed, and uncomfortable laws, regulations and policies that are not suitable for the new era.
