Abstract: Focusing on the early development of the Japanese sea and marine environment launched by Russia, Japan, and South Korea; briefly reviewed the multi -country joint investigation and related representative research results carried out in the 1990s; introduced the buoy, Under the background of the on -site observations such as submarine labels, ARGO, and the continuous improvement of satellite remote sensing capabilities, the latest progress of the Japanese marine investigation research has been made; in the end, suggestions on how my country conducts marine environment surveys in the Japanese sea.

Abstract：This paper mainly reviews the early surveys of the marine environment in the Japan Sea carried out by neighboring countries, including Russia, Japan and South Korea, and briefly reviews the multi-country joint surveys conducted in the Japan Sea in the 1990s and related key research results. Moreover, the latest progress of the marine environment survey in the Japan Sea is introduced under the background of the new era of the continuous enhanced observation capabilities in in-situ observation, such as buoy, submerged buoy and Argo, and satellite Remote Sensing with Large-SCALE COVERAGE. Finally, we propose some suggestions on how China shall condition Marine Surveys in the japan sea.
