The regulations stipulate that in the process of urban renewal, supplement public cultural facilities according to relevant planning; encourage the rational use of cultural squares, public service halls, commercial complexes, industrial parks, education institutions, medical institutions, pension institutions, site parks and other places to provide public culture Serve. For newly built, rebuilt, and expanded residential residential areas, and unified planning and construction as a whole, they shall plan, build and transfer supporting public cultural facilities in accordance with the provisions and standards of public service facilities in residential residential public service facilities. The opening time of public cultural facilities will not be "cut". The regulations stipulate that public cultural facilities should reasonably determine the open hours according to their functions, characteristics, and service objects.
