The second unit of "Culture and Protection Achievement Exhibition of the National Museum" in the second unit of "Qiao Skills" has a section, showing the creation of "Music" and empty stretching. These two works, 5 meters high and 3 meters wide, are an important part of the original Chinese Museum of History (one of the predecessors of the National Museum of China). Mr. Ke Qi, then director of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as the author of two large murals, told us the story of creation and mounting at that time.

I remember in early 1997, the meeting was notified to meet. The content of the meeting was to study the design and creation of two murals in the Sui and Tang dynasties. The original plan was a group of musicians holding all kinds of musical instruments and sitting on the ground. I think the musicians are sitting on the ground and approaching the exhibition hall. The audience seems to be on the head of the musicians and feel uncomfortable. It is recommended to change the design plan. Director Yu Weichao, Deputy Director Du Yaoxi, and participants in the conference basically supported my suggestions. After that, I was named to create two works and asked to complete early July. I accepted this creative task and said it was completed on time.

After the meeting, I borrowed many information about Dunhuang from the library in the library and repeatedly read it to study the historical development status, local customs and artistic style of Dunhuang, which greatly enriched my emotional understanding and strong creative passion. At that time, I felt that the hi Le Feitian was a very characteristic image, and it was decided to design the picture for the creative subject. At first, the scattered samples were designed several times, and then gradually formed the imagination of the flowing flow of the flying musicians in the mind.

After hundreds of imaginations and thoughts, the ideas of the traditional Chinese "Tai Chi" map were germinated. Rotate constantly, never stop, and the vitality shows the endlessness of vitality.

After the sketch creation was completed, when the curator Yu and Du Guan asked the opinions, the two curators said that the creativity was very good, and then the relevant experts were invited to listen to their opinions. Relevant experts also believe that this design plan is good. In this way, the creative theme of two "Music" was determined.

Look at the near -distance picture, repeat again. Climbing down every day, dozens of times, or even hundreds of times up and down, all of them are commonplace, which is very tired. For a while, the gout was sick and the ankle was swollen and painful, but in order to complete the task on time, it also took pain to hold his teeth. After four months of persistent efforts, it finally completed the drawing tasks of two large murals before June 20.

After the two large murals are completed, how to mount it into consideration. I suggest that the painting is empty. If it is not empty, it is equivalent to the painting on the board that can only be used this time. It cannot be unveiled again, which is equivalent to destroying the painting. Some people propose to paste the screen with a layer of plastic film. After hearing it, I feel that it is also used at one time, which will destroy the painting.
