In order to meet the needs of the high -quality development of TV dramas in the new era, further improve the standardization level of TV series production, and create the iconic cultural symbols of Chinese TV dramas, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has decided to use the uniform logo of domestic TV drama films from September 21, 2022.

When the issuance agencies issued a license to the domestic TV drama approved by the review, the uniform logo of the domestic TV drama film should be issued at the same time to guide the download and use of the TV series production agency.

Domestic TV drama films are uniformly identified by the source document of the source of the State Administration of Radio and Television.

When the domestic TV series is broadcast, the film must be uniformly identified to accurately marked the license number of the domestic TV drama issuance and placed in front of each episode of the TV series. Each broadcast mechanism must ensure complete and standardized use.

From the date of the implementation of this notice, in February 25, 2016, the "Notice on Further Regulating the Management of TV Series and related advertising broadcast management" issued by the General Office of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (New Radio and Television Fa [2016] No. 21), about "In the format of each episode of the TV drama name, clearly indicate the issuance license number" requirements are no longer implemented.
