Xie Zhaolin (pseudonym) Xie Lao, word Liren, born in January 1927, Changting, Fujian.In 1952, he was admitted to the second grade of the Department of Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He accepted the guidance of Xu Beihong, Li Hua, Wu Zuoren, Feng Fazhi, Jiang Zhaohe and other teachers. After graduating from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1954, he was assigned to work at the Art Studio of the Cultural Department of Shanxi Provincial Cultural Department.He is currently a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the Chinese Museum Association and the Shanxi Provincial Book Association, and a member of the Confucius Society.Since 1950, his works have been selected for the National Art Exhibition many times, and the works have been collected by major museums and art gallery.
