On the evening of September 15th, the closing ceremony of the 13th China Art Festival and the 17th Mandarin Award and the 19th Star Award Awards Ceremony were held in Xiong'an New District, Hebei. The group dance "Spring" performed by the Cultural Museum of the Municipal Cultural Museum, the Lan Cang Laju Autonomous County Cultural Museum, and the Lancang County National Culture Working Team won the 19th Star Award Dance Award.

The star awards issued at the closing ceremony of this art festival are established by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the popularization of the masses of literary and artistic creation, the launch of outstanding people's literary and artistic works, promoting the prosperity and development of the cultural undertakings, enhancing the cultural and artistic literacy of the masses, and stimulating the vitality of the national culture. It is the only national government award in the field of mass literature and art in my country, and the highest award for the group literary system.

The group dance "Putting a Spring" is based on the traditional folk dance of the Lajun people -dance, with the Laupu folk songs "Four Seasons", "Salt Salt Susli Tune" and the Raju Patrol Rhythm as the main creative elements. Dancing and encouraging the image of the scene, vividly show the determination and confidence of the people to be grace, listening to the party, and the party.
