During that time, I couldn't hold a manuscript for three or four days, and I couldn't read a book for a week. However, the source of income at that time was mainly from the media. This is really anxious!

One day I suddenly had a clever movement: I almost couldn't help but control during the day. I had to sleep with my child at night, but it was possible in the morning.

Starting from November that year, I started to get up at 5 o'clock and persisted for a month. In December, it was suspended for various reasons.

This means that I only have two hours of working time from 5 to 7 am.

At the beginning, after I tried to send the child home, I continued to work for 1 hour, but after I found that it was interrupted, the efficiency was not high again.

On the one hand, it is necessary to re -adjust the status to invest. On the other hand, it is seven or eight, and the family will start to work one after another. Even if they hide in the study, they will be easily disturbed.

Starting last week, after the child was delivered at 7:30, I would exercise for an hour outside, run or skip rope, go home for breakfast, and start working in the morning at about 9 o'clock. After this adjustment, the energy throughout the day is better than before.

In order to increase the complete working hours in the morning, the early early time is advanced to 4:30 in advance. From 4:30 to 7:00, there will be two and a half hours. There will be five and a half hours of working time in the morning.

From two to six in the afternoon, there will be four hours of working time. In this way, there will be nearly ten hours a day. The working time is not less than before, and the state of energy is better.

At night, I read books with my children, read the community, do consultation, and serve the trainees. The degree of freedom of time is greater than before.

So after the child is in school, my greatest experience is that although it seems to be more busy, in fact, as long as you adjust the time flexibly and plan the time, you can still achieve energy full, efficiently work, and live a happy life.
