After 9 months of hard work, when this book was published on schedule, the book named "Books and Merchants" was published as scheduled, and my heart was as sweet as drinking honey.

In the blink of an eye, it is winter. Teacher Shen contacted me and asked me to bring together the literature and travel works published in the newspapers for many years, and edited and published a book. So, for a few months, I was busy editing my own book. Teacher Shen was planning to publish my book again and again, and came to me to talk about writing books in the cold wind of December, and wrote a preface for me. In the 30 years of his retirement, Teacher Shen has accumulated a lot of travel materials. In the twilight years, he took the famous saying of Cao Cao of the Three Kingdoms, "Old man with a thousand miles. The martyrs were twilight, and the heart was sturdy." Over the years, he has overcome obstacles such as age, visual decline, and slow reading materials, and devoted himself to the publishing of his books. Due to too much information, sometimes he couldn't be busy, so I asked me to do some manuscripts for his school. In recent years, I have written three manuscripts for his school "Walking River", "Walking the Great Wall" and "Ancient Road".

Those who work hard to broadcast rain will always look forward to the days of harvest. After a few years of unremitting efforts of Teacher Shen, all his hard -working travel books- "Walking River", "Walking the Great Wall", "Old Road", "Walking on the Mountains", "Walking Border", "Walking Foreign", a total of six volumes of books were finally published. It was a biggest wish in his later years. When he gave me this set of books, he wrote a very humble gift. This year, he was an 88 -year -old old man.
