Pang Liming was born in Tianjin in 1947. Professor of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and master's tutor, member of the Chinese Artists Association, deputy director of the Tianjin Packaging Association, director of Tianjin Graphics Association, and a member of the 5th China Advision Evaluation Committee. From 1986 to 1987, he went to Japan Lighting Agency to study visual design. In 1993, he went to South Korea for a professional inspection and completed the design task of the Tianjin Municipal Government's abroad. Professor Pang Liming has long been engaged in teaching, scientific research and design work for decoration design, and is committed to the study of the theory and design of the identification system (CIS). The design project has been rewarded by the National Planning Commission, the Economic Commission and the Tianjin Municipal Government. His design works and paintings have participated in the domestic and foreign exhibitions many times, winning five national awards and eight municipal prizes. His artistic skills are deep and are designers and artists with high reputation. There are dozens of works published, more than ten academic papers published, and have written and published works such as "Gouquan Painting Techniques", "Powder Painting", and "Sketching Sketch Sketching techniques". In 1993, he was identified as a key academic leader in the Municipal Key Development Discipline. In 1995, he was identified as a professional academic leader in decoration. In 2003, he was awarded by the Tianjin Teachers Award. In 2005, the "Creative Thinking of Art Design", which was described as a municipal -level boutique course.
