"Poetry Rhythm and Writing" at Peking University Literature Publication Institute

Professor Qian Zhixi

On September 6, 2022, the Peking University Literature Sector officially started. "Poetry Rhythm and Writing" is lectured by Qian Zhixi, a professor of Chinese Language and Literature, and Zhang Yinan, an assistant professor. The lesson will deeply and systematically understand the rhythm of the poetry and the basic writing skills of poetry and words.

In the classroom of "Poetry and Writing", Professor Qian Zhixi introduced poetry charm to the students

In the first course, Professor Qian Zhixi said during the course that the course of this semester will explain the formal characteristics of classical poetry from both levels: language and literature. Writing training, after the semester, the students can basically perform rhythm and poetry creation, and skilled the writing cards for writing. Professor Qian Zhixi went on to share several poems created during his holidays to discuss the basic situation and skills of writing poems with his classmates. Teacher Qian went on to introduce the flat problem of classical poetry creation and interact with the classmates. In the courses next week and later, they will be taught and discussed in conjunction with the poetry created by the students themselves. The classroom atmosphere was warm, and the students were eager to try.

Introduction to "Poetry Rhythm and Writing" course

This course will help students deeply and systematically understand the rhythm of poetry and words, help students master the basic writing skills of poetry and words, and help students train students through discussions and explanations of students' preliminary creative practice, so that students can master basic poetry writing at the end of the semester Skill. The course will start from the basic flat problem. Through interaction with students, it will guide students to gradually familiarize with understanding poetry and rhythm, stimulate students' interest in writing, and ultimately enable students to create poetry freely.
