The text is similar, but the heart is similar. Traditional sports projects of various nations are not only a powerful and passionate sports. It is born from the production and life of various ethnic groups, which is closely related to folk festivals, folk etiquette, and custom habits. The important part of the cultural exchanges of each ethnic group is an effective means to promote the similarity of people's hearts. Not only that, sports is a common language in the world. In cultural exchanges, it also has the unique charm of nature and affinity, which is very suitable for the spiritual realm pursued by culture. There is no doubt that the traditional national sports project is an important resource for culture. Holding various national traditional sports events is a powerful measure to make Chinese culture deeply rooted in people's hearts.

Over the years, our district has excavated and sorted out a large number of ethnic minority traditional sports projects, and hosted traditional sports games of ethnic minorities on time, while actively participating in national competitions. Driven by the National Games, various national sports exchanges are frequent, showing some new features.

On the one hand, many traditional sports that were originally limited to one region or a nation are gradually loved by other regions and more ethnic groups, such as the Uyghur traditional sports "Dawzi". A performance item -Mai Hot Ball, which was circulated in the Hetian area. In recent years, it has been excavated, sorted and promoted, and has gone out of Hetian. On the other hand, traditional sports in some areas outside the country have also tied their roots in the north and south of Tianshan Mountains, such as emerging sports formed by the tall racing popular in the southern region of my country, and the ancient Cuju integration of modern competitive sports rules -and the rules formed by the rules of modern competitive sports -and The ball, etc., also achieved good results.
