Solk poetry works for Chinese and overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese children, regional, age, occupation, and gender are not limited. Call for calligraphy (brush calligraphy, hard pen calligraphy, etc.), art (Chinese painting, oil painting, gouache painting, watercolor painting, children's painting, printmaking, sketching, sketch). The content is healthy, positive, and highlights the art of calligraphy and painting.

Call for 1-3 calligraphy or art works, the content of the work requires positive content, and must not contain content involving violence, vulgar, and legal prohibition. Participants must use real names. There is a complete copyright for the work, otherwise all legal consequences will be borne by the individual. Once the player uploads the work, it will be deemed to agree and abide by the rules of the competition.

The organizing committee of the competition will notify the expert review session on the seven working days after the finals, and the expert review will select several gold, silver, copper, and excellent awards.
