At the ceremony, Mr. Wang Heng donated the precious collection "money coral" (because of the strange shape, also known as "money turtle") to the Lingnan Financial Museum. It is estimated that the Song Dynasty has exceeded a thousand copper coins on the "Qian Coral".

The collection also obtained a policy with the donation of 29 million yuan in the National Life Property Insurance Guangzhou Branch.

Inadvertently purchased the precious collection "Qian Coral"

The reporter saw this "money coral" in the exhibition hall, and the copper coins were piled together densely. Some copper coins still grew green copper rust. From a certain perspective, the collection is shaped like a money turtle. In these copper coins, the words "Xining Chongbao" and "Zhenghe Tongbao" are cast.

It feels very rare, and specially invited experts to identify. After confirming, he immediately purchased it back and put it in his museum. Later, the academic name of the collection of the Cultural Relics of Guangdong Province was: "Copper Water for underwater deposits in the Northern Song Dynasty".

According to reports, the collection of water in the waters of my country is the copper and corals of the Silk Road trade shipwreck on the Silk Road of the Song Dynasty. "Qian Coral" has witnessed the important position of ancient Chinese copper coins in the history of world trade, and has high value for studying the Maritime Silk Road.

Fill the gap of the Hycema Collection of the Song Dynasty

At the donation ceremony, Wang Dechang, a first -level investigator of the city management bureau of Guangzhou City, and Wang Heng signed a collection of collection donations. The chairman of Jinyi planned Ye Jun and the general manager of Guoshou Property & Casualty Insurance Guangzhou Branch, Li Xingong, signed an insurance donation agreement.

It is understood that Wang Heng has deep feelings for the Lingnan Financial Museum. As early as 2018, 103 (sets) collections have been donated, involving currency, modern financial instruments, modern financial securities, contracts, grass painting, Guangcai porcelain, etc.

In 2021, he donated 97 (sets) collections again for free, including copper -tire painting enamel, Guangcai, lacquer box, tooth carving, folding fan, embroidery, silver cup, and grass painting of copper tires to the Republic of China.

He Huaquan, deputy director of the Guangzhou Local Finance and Administration Bureau, paid tribute to Mr. Wang Heng's charity in his speech, and believed that it highlighted the noble feelings of returning society, helping cultural heritage, and enthusiastic public welfare. "Qian Coral" provides good materials and basis for in -depth research on foreign financial history, the history of foreign trade, and the development of maritime Silk Road development, and fills the gap of the Lingnan Financial Museum of the Song Dynasty's Maritime Silk Road.
