In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the application scenario of computer Chinese characters has become increasingly abundant and fonts are more diverse. While better meet the needs of social diversification, some fonts have also appeared in improper use of fonts and low quality levels. In other issues, especially some "ugly books" and "strange books" type of information font products, they exaggerate and deform the fonts vulgar and hastily. They must be resisted from the writing specifications, cultural connotation and aesthetic taste of Chinese characters.

Chinese characters are an important carrier of inheriting Chinese civilization, the root of Chinese culture, and the most representative Chinese excellent traditional cultural logo. Regulating the use of Chinese characters and expressing the beauty of Chinese characters requires work together to work together. As an important carrier of the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of China, the university shoulders the responsibility and mission of the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of China.

In order to further strengthen the management specifications of Chinese characters, talk about calls, write norms, and enhance the awareness and aesthetic literacy of Chinese characters, the following initiatives are specifically proposed to the teachers and students of the school:

First, consciously bear the social responsibility and cultural mission of colleges and universities. Take the norms and aesthetics of Chinese characters as an important standard, standardize the use of language in daily study, work, and life to inherit and promote Chinese excellent traditional culture.

Second, fully understand the significance of the use of Chinese characters, and further enhance the sense of responsibility. Consciously promote national culture, enhance the awareness of norms, improve the ability of aesthetic identification, and resist irregular words such as "ugly books" and "strange books".

3. Study carefully and compare the "National General Language Literature of the People's Republic of China". Strictly abide by the relevant legal, regulations and documents, and actively promote the words "Simplified Character Tables", "First Batch of Farcuts Outlets", and "Modern Chinese General Words" officially released by the state, and do a good job of using Chinese characters.

Fourth, to ensure the norm of words for campus environment. Books, newspapers, journals, packaging decorations, promotional supplies, electronic publicity columns, information teaching, campus websites, official document lectures, lesson plans and other uses must be used strictly in accordance with regulations, and the fonts shall be strengthened.

Fifth, encourage teachers and students to use excellent font font products. Consciously resist the writing specifications, writing techniques, and cultural connotation and aesthetic characteristics of Chinese characters, and deliberately carry out "ugly books" and "strange books" type information font products that are vulgar and exaggerated and exaggerated by Chinese characters. Do not use pirated Chinese characters font library, resolutely resist the infringement piracy in the field of Chinese characters.

6. Forms a wide range of supervision. For the writing laws and aesthetic products that violate the writing of Chinese characters, the fonts with poor and exaggeration and poor view are reminded in time and correction, and jointly create a good atmosphere of normative use of Chinese characters.

Cultural self -confidence should start with writing self -confidence.
