Chicken oil yellow, also known as "imperial yellow" and "yellow jade", is named after color and oily like chicken oil in the hen's belly.

Chicken oil and yellow glazed started in the early Ming Dynasty. They were produced in the Yonggan period of the Qing Dynasty. They were used by the royal family and the court. Later, the raw material formula was lost.

During my ancestor, I participated in the production of the royal chicken oil and yellow meter during the Qianlong period. In order to "resurrect" the uncle and father, after more than 10 years of repeated experiments, they finally succeeded in 2007.

Make chicken oil yellow glazed, one depends on ingredients, and the second depends on technology. After the materials are well matched, cast it into the kiln, burn it to more than 1,300 degrees Celsius melting, and then dip it out, pat, blow, rub, and round. Each step must be crisp and neat. It will quickly harden. After molding, put it in the temperature -dereled temperature furnace, heating for more than ten hours, remove the blank, polish, polish. Then, according to the designed pattern, carved patterns to make it more "cultural flavor".

There is a saying in the line, called "ten cylinders and nine". During the production process, the materials and the heat must be just right, and if you care about it, you will become a waste. Of the 100 pieces, 10 pieces can be produced, even if it is very good.

How to adapt to the new era is a question that I have always considered. Since the age of 16, I have been studying arts. I have been doing this business for more than 40 years. I have continuously improved the materials, technology and device -oriented design. Today, the finished product rate and color of the color have been greatly improved.

I also exclusively developed the process of producing "chicken liver stone" with chicken oil yellow waste clinker, which not only saves costs and reduces environmental pollution. In 2013, I successfully applied for a national invention patent. The works have won awards in major exhibitions at home and abroad.
