Recently, the phenomenon of selling tickets for our library and making appointments without authorization of our library on some network platforms. In this regard, our library solemnly stated as follows:

1. Our museum has never authorized any website and third -party platform to sell tickets. The official WeChat service number of the Shandong Museum and the "Cultural Tourism Green Code" is the official formal ticket appointment platform.

2. Our library has not authorized any other websites and third -party platforms to make an appointment for explanation services. According to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control, our museum has suspended manual explanation services, and the audience can rent a guide to explain the equipment at the museum. 3. Our museum does not authorize any other website and third -party platform to make mobile guide systems. The WeChat Mini Program "Shandong Museum" and "Shanbo Smart Guide System" are the only official mobile phone guide system.

Tickets, explanations, guides, and group products (including all toll products) provided or sold by any third -party platform outside the above channels are not related to our museum. Our museum will retain the right to investigate the liability of the relevant third -party platforms.
