"Huizhou Good Man" Bai Ruiqiang donated precious literature to Donghu Hotel

A few days ago, a short and meaningful donation ceremony was held at Donghu Hotel (rescue of the Chinese Celebrity Exhibition Hall) in Huicheng District, Huizhou. "Huizhou Good Man" and Bai Ruiqiang, the chief of the Propaganda Division of the Propaganda Department of Zhongkai District, donated a group of Comrade Liao Chengzhi's collection of Comrade Liao Chengzhi to the Donghu Hotel. Yuan Meixia, the head of Donghu Hotel, accepted the donation on behalf of Donghu Hotel and issued a certificate to Mr. Bai Ruiqiang to thank him for its strong support for enriching the East Lake Hotel's collection of literature.

Liao Chengzhi is a proletarian revolutionary, an outstanding social activist, and an outstanding leader of the party and the country. At the end of 1941, the Pacific War broke out and the Japanese occupied Hong Kong. At the critical juncture, Zhou Enlai arranged for Liao Chengzhi and others to organize secret rescue, and transferred more than 800 patriotic democrats and famous cultural people from Hong Kong to the mainland from Hong Kong.

Liao Chengzhi, who donated this time, collected a total of 5 books, all of which were collected by Liao Chengzhi in the 1970s as the president of the China -Japan Friendship Association. In June, the book "History of Oil Tan Economy", the title page has the word "Give away Mr. Liao Chengzhi" and other handwriting. And the well -known Chinese -Japanese friendly person sail, the book "Political Ties" signed in 1974. The cover includes the handwriting "Mr. Liao Chengzhi, Sailing".

In addition, Bai Ruiqiang also donated a group of newspapers in the 1980s to Donghu Hotel. Among them, a whole version of the "People's Daily" published on November 23, 1983 published the entire version of Comrade Zeng Sheng's article "Adhering to the Banner of the South China Battlefield Anti -Japanese War -Recalling the Battle Class of the Dongjiang Column". The rescue was recorded in detail.

It is reported that these precious literature historical materials will be classified and organized by Donghu Hotel, so as to give full play to its due cultural value, educational value and historical value.
