China News Agency reporter: As the first woman who systematically studied Chinese issues in Kazakhstan, how did you embark on this research path?

Harfisova: Since 1958, my life has been linked to China.

After graduating from middle school, I was admitted to the oldest Uzbekistan Tashgan State University in Central Asia, and I started to learn Chinese. That year, I was 19 years old.

The National University of Tashgan was also called the National University of China at that time. The university was also the only university in the region with oriental and Chinese language language teaching and research room at that time. It can be said that the Oriental has grown up with the Tashkend National University.

Most of my teachers have experience in working and living in China, and they have a profound research on Chinese culture and history. Not only do they teach me related knowledge with China, they also cultivate my hobbies for Chinese culture. Although the teaching environment and conditions at the time were not good, they still maintained their love for Chinese culture and deep respect for the Chinese people.

In the fall of 1962, I was sent to study at Peking University. Although the external environment was not good at the time, I still established friendship with Chinese classmates. Until today, we still have a "warm" connection.

It was an era of lack of supplies, and many books were difficult to buy. Lu Guizhen, a classmate in the Chinese language class, saw me often worried about it, and copied a book "Chinese Grammar" to me. This gift is now permanently collected by the Kazakhstan National Archives.

A year later, I was sent to a middle school professor in Samarham. "The students are very smart and like to learn Chinese. They also obey my suggestions to subscribe to the Chinese children's magazine" Children ". In fact, private subscription Chinese journals were rare in the Soviet region at that time."

Soon, time came to 1969. With my husband's suggestion and support, I decided to join the scientific research. At that time, I was fortunate to go to Moscow to study at the Institute of Oriental Studies in the Soviet Academy of Sciences. I chose a topic about the history of Harbin -China relations. I think this is necessary in Kazakhstan.

After returning from Moscow, I worked at the Institute of History and National Academic Research Institute in Jokan Vari Khanov. This was also the only academic scientific research institution in the field of historical sciences at that time.

I am most interested in the history of Kazakhstan's national relations and political policies in China and Central Asia. Interest of China and the mastery of Chinese can help me understand and analyze historical facts, and thus start a deeper study of Chinese political culture and Chinese civilization characteristics.

I am the first systematic Kazakhstan woman to study the Chinese issue, the first person to obtain a doctorate in history in the field and knowledge field, the head of the Chinese teaching and research office of the college, and the first system to organize the history of China and China -Asian relations Kazakhstan scholar, my work was published shortly after the country's independence.

Harfisova: I respect Chinese culture very much. It not only originated from its development achievements and high spiritual civilization, but also because Chinese culture has never ignored the research on history and customs. The integration of Chinese historical development and multi -ethnic groups has played a key role in the emergence and growth of Chinese civilization.

As the most influential philosopher in ancient China, Confucius' philosophical thoughts were very inspiring to me. I clearly remember that Confucius said, "learning when learning, and not just saying it." The opening of the Analects of Confucius is this seemingly simple and deep meaning, which is the embodiment of its philosophical thoughts.

I also pay attention to Confucius' thoughts about "benevolence". Confucius answered Fan Chi Shi, "Residence is respectful, dedicated to respect, and loyalty to others. people.

In addition, I also noticed that Confucius' tradition of idealization of ideals in the philosophy of Confucius fits the traditional culture of Kazakhstan. I personally benefit a lot from Confucius' philosophical thoughts. In 2016, the University of Petroleum (East China) International Education held a Chinese speech contest "Confucius in my mind". Harfisova: I have written 4 academic works, including "The Qing Dynasty and Kazakh Khanate", "Diplomacy of China in Central Asia from the 14th to the 19th century", "Cultural Dialogue in Central Asia and East Asia", etc.; Four Historical Literature Collection of Central Asian Asian; a total of about 500 articles and works of about 500 large and small articles and works, covering the selection of historical archives documents, etc., with an average of 10 articles a year. This work can be regarded as the result of dialogue between different civilizations.

In my opinion, the cognitive process between different civilizations has its laws and methods. In the past, this takes a long time, but today, with the expansion of people's communication scope, close relationships, and maturity of communication methods, people can spend less time and quickly bring closer to each other.

Therefore, I think that the rejection of other civilizations is essentially ignorance of this civilization. To change this phenomenon, we must not only realize the interdependence relationship between different civilizations and the future, but also accumulate knowledge to overcome the prejudice, but also continue to improve the self -cultivation of morality and spiritual.

I quoted a sentence of "The Golden Mean" in a book, "Everyone in the world has nine classics, and Rouyuan people return to the four sides."
