The cartoon "Guo Shoujing Legend" project passed the review

On August 18, the review meeting of the "Legend of Guo Shoujing" of the Chinese classic folk story animation creation project was held at Hebei Media Institute.The participating experts gave the work highly evaluating the work and unanimously stated that they were given review.

"Legend of Guo Shoujing" is the key support project of the "Chinese Classic Folk Story Animation Creation Project (Network Animation)" in 2019. The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, hosted by Professor Wang Gaobo, the School of Digital Art and Animation of Hebei Media Institute."Legend of Guo Shoujing" tells the story of Guo Shoujing, a great scientist born in Xingtai, Hebei in the form of cartoons.The project completed a total of 13 episodes of cartoons, about 15 minutes per episode, which reflects many innovation and characteristics in the creation.The work adheres to the concept of "popular science", from the perspective of water conservancy, astronomy, mathematics, etc., from the perspective of teenagers, with vivid animation languages, to maximize historical facts, showing Guo Shoujing's legendary life of ancient Chinese scientists.
