Recently, Pan Zhigeng, the chief scientist of the National Key R & D Plan Project, returned to Chengtou Village, Fuxing Town, and attended the unveiling ceremony of the village's "Farm Book House". Pan Zhigeng was born in Chengtou Village, Fuxing Town. He is currently the dean of the Artificial Intelligence Institute of Nanjing Information Engineering (Future Technical College), deputy director of the National Virtual Simulation Experimental Center, and deputy director of China's virtual reality technology and innovation platform. It mainly studies virtual reality interaction with human -computer interaction, virtual human education, intelligent education, intelligent medicine, and medical element universe. He has made a report on the universe in many international conferences and domestic forums. He has been a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the National Key Laboratory of Zhejiang University CAD & CG, and a professor of Alibaba Business College of Hangzhou Normal University. He has obtained outstanding young teachers in the country, an advanced individual of the National Science and Technology Olympic Games, the Chief Popular Science Expert of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology, Qianjiang Scholars (Second times), the first level of 151 talents in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou's prominent contribution to introducing talents, Shaanxi 100 people programs and other honors.

Over the years, although Pan Zhigeng is in other hometown, he has always been dedicated to his hometown. In 2021, he has always attached importance to cultural education. He actively proposed to build a "cultural granary" for his hometown. After more than a year of preparation and organization, the "Farmhouse Book House" of Chengtou Village was successfully listed.

At the unveiling ceremony, Pan Zhigeng remembered the hardships of studying and studying in childhood. He said that when he was a kid, he had no books to read. In order to read a good book, he often ran around the whole country to find. Reading is the first step in knowing the world. This is also his original intention to send "cultural granary" to his hometown.

At this event, Pan Zhigeng also invited guests of Peking University professor Guo Zongming, children's writer Li Shanshan, and Chengtou Village Township Xian Jin Zhigeng and other guests to donate books on the spot.
