The Majun Memorial Hall of Ning'an City is located at No. 21 Majun Street, Ning'an City, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. It covers an area of ​​8,000 square meters and a construction area of ​​1448 square meters. It was completed in August 1995. Demonstration base of doctrine education, national national unity and progress education base.

The memorial hall basic display "Ma Junsheng's Delivery Exhibition", exhibiting 42 real objects, 24 creative paintings, 165 photos, 1 round sculpture, 3 embossed, 1 sand table, and 4 scenes. Vividly reappear the revolutionary career and the party and the people of Martyr Ma Jun's deep memory of him.

Ma Jun is one of the outstanding young leaders of the "May 4th" sports, and is the close comrades of Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao. He has been actively engaged in revolutionary torrent since his youth. During the "May 4th" campaign, he led Jingjin Wanjin students on behalf of Tiananmen, known as "Ma Tianan", and was the only ethnic hero in the modern history of China and praised by Tiananmen. After the May Fourth Movement, Ma Jun and Zhou Enlai and others initiated the creation of China's earliest youth progressive organization- "Inconsistent Society". In 1920, Ma Jun joined the Communist Party of China and was one of the founders of the party organization of the Northeast region. In 1925, he was sent to Moscow Zhongshan University to study. After the failure of the Grand Revolution in 1927, Ma Jun returned to China secretly. He was ordered to serve as secretary and organization of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and be responsible for rebuilding the Beijing Municipal Party Committee. He was arrested in December of the same year and was killed by warlord Zhang Zuolin on February 15, 1928. He was only 33 years old. Martyr Ma Jun's life was a heroic life, writing a glorious page in the history of the modern Chinese revolution.

For more than ten years, the Majun Memorial Hall has excellent social benefits, and there are endless streams of visitors. It has become an important base for government agencies, rural party branches, garrison to commanders, and young people, especially primary and secondary school students to carry out patriotism and revolutionary traditional education. In 2004, the country was included in the 100 "Red Tourism Classic Scenic Area" across the country.
