In terms of martial arts, Jianghan University's "WU Love" won the Qingzhou Mayor Award; "Jingwu Youth" of Yucai Xingzhi Primary School in Wuhan City won the Chief Award of the Qingzhou Education Department of Zhongqing Beidao.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea and the 22nd anniversary of Wuhan and Qingzhou. Wuhan and Qingzhou officially became friendly cities on October 29, 2000. Since then, the two parties have carried out close cooperation and exchanges in all aspects of economic, trade, education, cultural tourism, and sports. In 2014, the Qingzhou Municipal Government specially invited the city's delegation to participate in the 21st China -Korea Youth Martial Arts Cultural Exchange Conference. The conference has now developed into the youth sports cultural exchange projects of Qingzhou, Wuhan, and Heilongjiang.
