Remember!Professor Yan Shaoyu of Peking University died

Professor Yan Shaoyu, a professor at Peking University, died in Beijing on August 6, 2022 at the age of 82.Mr. Yan Shaoyu was born in 1940 and was admitted to the Chinese Department of Chinese Department of Peking University in 1959. He was taught at the Chinese Department of Peking University in 1964.Former director of the Institute of Comparative Literature and Culture of Peking University, he has long been engaged in "East Asian Culture" based on Chinese culture.He has won the "China Comparative Literature Lifetime Achievement Award" (2015) and "International Chinese Culture Research Lifetime Achievement Award" (2016).He is the author of "Research on" Comparative Literature and Culture "Mutors", "The History of Chinese Studies in Japan", and "Records of Japanese Tibetan Chinese Books".
