In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, how to promote the first -tier work of rural grassroots? How to improve the ability of rural grassroots workers? How to give relevant guidance to rural grassroots workers? How to help the rural revitalization strategy landing? Written by the Renmin University of China Rural Governance Research Center organized and edited by Professor Hui, the book "A Pioneer of Rural Grassroots Cadres First Line" was published recently, and it has been fully focused on rural grassroots work.

Since the establishment of the Renmin University of China Rural Governance Research Center on December 13, 2019, it has adhered to the belief of "writing the papers on the land of China", penetrating into the front line of the "agriculture and rural" work, and strives to improve the problems and the truth. The central colleagues are philosophy and social science workers in colleges and universities. In continuous exploration, we initially found a way to combine this job with the practice of rural revitalization. Writing this book for the training of rural grassroots cadres is the result of a combination of trying. This combination is a combination of rural grass -roots cadres and villagers, trying to answer the actual problems of rural grassroots work to help rural revitalization.

Try to combine it is also forced to come out. As a college teacher, our main business is to teach, train students, and complete scientific research tasks. The combination of active and rural rejuvenation practice, such as planning for local governments and rural grassroots, undertake policy pilot tasks, summarize experience in various practical entities for rural revitalization, and participate in field training. These will conflict with the main business of the teacher. A more desirable way is to integrate the practice of serving the front -line practice of rural revitalization into teaching and research work through the operation and organization of the Rural Governance Research Center.

The first way we tried to combine the first -line practice of rural revitalization is to conduct in -depth research on outstanding cases, reveal these cases' inspiration of the practice of rural revitalization, and put forward new views, concepts, and mechanism analysis. Grassroots exploration has become a classic case through in -depth research, so that the high -quality experience in the case is transmitted, which is the work idea that I put forward by me. The central colleagues conducted in -depth case research across the country, together with the Social Policy Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Beijing Nonghe Home Consultation Service Center, planned and organized the "Rural Rejuvenating Pathfinder Forum", and through the WeChat public account "earth land" "The" and short video platforms allow these explorations and creation to be "seeing and hearing" by the whole society, and enhancing the consciousness, ability and sustainability of all parties to participate in rural revitalization. We believe that this deep research is conducive to the development of rural development disciplines with Chinese characteristics, and builds a brick -brick for China's independent knowledge system.

In the process of the first combination, we came into contact with many rural grassroots cadres. Exchange interaction with them enables us to better understand their working situations and ways of thinking. These have also become an important part of the objective practice we are facing. Whether they can answer their confusion about actual work is the test of the tested gold stones that test our theory. For example, when the secretary of the township party committee and the village branch secretary asked us how to develop the local collective economy, if we only give a general theoretical explanation, and we cannot give targeted suggestions according to the local actual situation, it can only be explained. Our understanding of the collective economy is still very limited. If the county (district) committee secretary who is in questioning rural rejuvenation cannot give a lot of money, it can only show that we also lack the real work of policy research. First -class scholars should have the most sensitive sense of the times, the most clever strategic positioning and the perseverance of practical efforts. Although my generation could not come, my heart was going.

Continuously immersed in the problems raised by the practice of rural revitalization, and also promoted us to start trying the second combination method: opening up teaching and research bases in the countryside. This is to combine more direct and in -depth work with the front -line work of the countryside. Looking for research topics from the actual work of rural rejuvenation, making research results a result of the results of local governments, rural areas, and our common needs and benefit. The training of graduate research ability and even the teaching of undergraduates can be carried out in this way. In this way, our main business can get fresh problems at the grassroots level and nourish and promote innovation.

This book is a preliminary result in the process of exploring these two combinations. We hope that it can start directly from the actual work scene of the grass -roots cadres in the countryside, help grassroots cadres to clarify their work direction and work ideas, give birth to front -line working methods, and enhance the ability of front -line work. We also hope that with the publication of this book, we can participate in rural revitalization and enhance the ability of service at the grassroots level to more deeper. Such a job should be done more.

This book is editor -in -chief of the Director of Renmin University of China Rural Governance Research Center, and proposes an outline of writing. The relevant experts are asked to agree with the content and case content of each chapter. The authors of each chapter work hard to overcome the difficulty of writing time, complete the preliminary draft writing, and modify it many times. In the end, I modified the final draft based on the publishing house editor. The "case link" contained in each chapter in the book is also an important part of each chapter of the book, mostly written by the authors of each chapter. They wrote a multi -party understanding of the case, called their research experience in the village or region of the case, and also referred to the research and related media reports of the scholars. The writer of the "Case Link" of some chapters was specially invited by the editor -in -chief.
