In the summer vacation, many universities in the journalism of the school held a summer camp to lock the outstanding undergraduate students who had the opportunity to protect the research in advance. Students who were rated as outstanding campers were rated by the college.

Excellent campers are examined. There are written tests and interviews. Some schools in the form of interviews adopt a given scenario or task, and require the group to submit conclusions or plans to discuss the discussion.

For the time being, I do not evaluate the reliability and validity of this form without the leadership group, and only talk about the impression of my time I scoring students in these years.

There are generally three links without a leading group, and we say one by one.

The first link is to speak in a limited time, with random order. The first to speak is often advantageous. Even if the reunion is very insightful, if others have already said, the scoring person will not feel flexible even if you don't think your parrot learn the tongue -not adjusting the content and perspective of your speech in time. The second link is the free speech, which is limited to the length of each speech but not limited to the number of speeches. Even students who have not participated in the discussion of the leadership group understand it with intuition -rushing to speak and spoke many times. Indeed, each time you score, you can always find that at least one student in the group always competes for speaking opportunities. The advantage of this performance is that the examiner may make the examiner feel aggressive and unwilling, but the disadvantage is that it may give people the impression of insufficient cooperation -and "positive" and "collaboration" are scoring points.

In this session, there is another performance that is too late -summarizing the speech of others, it is like the team leader's style. Such students intentionally or unintentionally want to show their leadership talents, but the original intention of the form of assessment form without a leadership group is to give everyone a fair opportunity; they must be strong and give others opportunities. Even if the leadership is displayed, in this link, it is necessary to stimulate everyone's ideas, focus on the attention of the team members in the sites and tasks given by the topic, and solve the problem.

Of course, I encounter this situation almost every year: if there are more than seven groups in the group, there are often one or two students who want to speak, and rarely speak; such students, your opinion and your contribution to the group, the scoring person is difficult to judge The scores in this link can be imagined.

The key to this link is to give full play to their own creativity. Everyone makes wisdom adding, and proposes a practical solution that is different from others, or expands and deepen a certain effective method proposed by others. Everyone's wisdom contribution to the group solving problems is the focus of scoring, so this link must first fully express their true effort to solve the problem.

The third link is the stage of negotiation and summary, and negotiation is launched to finally propose a group solution. This link can be recommended or recommended by one person to discuss the group, and finally he or another person to represent the group on behalf of the group; out of fairness, he will not score the spokesman.

If the first and second links are easy to highlight the personal abilities of each team member, the negotiation link is particularly easy to reflect the spiritual spirit of the examinee; You can also see the organization and coordination of the self -referral and the referral. Self -recommendation is successful and well -known or recommended by students who focus on issues, worship, inspire each other, and submit answers or plans in time. They may have an advantage in individual scores.

However, it is important to emphasize that because to submit an answer or plan that represents the results of the entire group, the contributions of each team member to the final results will become the focus of scoring.
