Project Introduction

Chinese embroidery

Han embroidery originated from the Warring States Period, prosperous in the Tang Dynasty, and flourished in the Qing Dynasty. The background of Jingchu embroidery culture is based on the regional embroidery of Jingzhou, Honghu, and Wuhan in Hubei. The Han embroidery is bright and beautiful, the lines are straight and clear, the shape is simple and vivid, and the needle is standardized. And "flowers are not positive, lively" as aesthetic criteria. The color tone, gorgeous and colorful, and golden brilliant are their important artistic features.

Yumen boxing

Yumen Boxing was born in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. It was also an important part of the three popular boxing species of Hankou Wharf with Hongmen Boxing and Kongmen Boxing. Yumen Boxing brings together fighting techniques such as slapping, not falling, and chopping. Its boxing potential has the style characteristics of "flowing clouds and flowing water, continuous rolling; turning dexterous, soft and rigid; living like wheels, light like cats".

Traditional handmade patchwork

Traditional handmade patchwork originated from the people and has a long history. Baili clothing, Bena quilts, and paddy fields circulating in Hubei are all prototypes of modern patchwork. Cotton script
