"Strange Dreams and Fantasy Realm" surreal photography exhibition China debuts today's art museum

Swedish visual artist and super realist photography master Erik Johansson's first exhibition "Strange Dream -Erik Johansson Surreal Photography Exhibition" landed on July 22 Bring a surreal immersive art journey that integrates vision, tactile, and emotional experience, and the exhibition will last until October 7.

This exhibition is not only the first exhibition of Eric Johnson in Mainland China, but also the first large -scale exhibition of his works in the world. The artist specially selected 80 representative surrealist art works for the first exhibition in China. Most of them were created by photography and later technology to build a stunning creative vision. Johnson's work is humorous, including critical and challenges for reality- "I inspired from the thoughts of common things and‘ if ... what would I do ’.” In Johnson's view, all works are his "portrait" to a certain extent, reflecting his life, ideas, and plans, and creating the landscape that does not exist in the real world.

The audience entered the exhibition, just like entering the "surreal" world of photographers. Here, the fantasy and absurd dreams of Tianma are restored by the image works. Each picture is presenting a fantasy story, telling about Johnson's personal spiritual journey.

The curator Sun Huiting introduced that the exhibition is divided into seven chapters in series, namely "the beginning of dreams", "the world in my eyes", "memory inverted", "private territory", "future can be available", "pay tribute artists" and "end words" "". Each chapter is decorated with different themes in the area in the exhibition hall. The colorful scenes not only create a hymnicist fantasy romance, but also add a lot of childlike fun to the entire exhibition hall. From the perspective of the exhibition form, the exhibition breaks the "flat" limitations on the presence of traditional photography exhibitions. Through the combination of video works and video devices, it brings an immersive experience in the form of multimedia interactive scenes, highlighting Johnson Sen's The unique artistic techniques that combine reality and non -reality have fully presented the artist's creative trajectory over the years.
