Liang Pingbo, born in 1945, Changting, Fujian. He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1964 and graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Fine Arts) in 1970. He is good at figure painting.

Liang Pingbo has served as editor and deputy director of Zhejiang Workers, Peasants and Soldier Painting Newspaper, deputy editor -in -chief of Zhejiang People's Publishing House, Deputy Chief Editor of Zhejiang People's Fine Arts Publishing House, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy President of Zhejiang Publishing Corporation, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and president of Zhejiang Publishing Corporation, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Publishing Bureau, Zhejiang Publishing Corporation, Secretary of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee of Zhejiang Province, Standing Committee Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, Minister of Propaganda Department, Zhejiang Province Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Association of Friendship with Foreign Foreign Affairs, Deputy Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Party Group of the Zhejiang Provincial Political Consultative Conference, chairman of Zhejiang Shuren University, and director of Zhejiang Province Culture and History Research Museum.

Liang Pingbo was a director of the Chinese Artists Association. He is currently the honorary dean of Zhejiang Painting Academy, director of the Arts Instructor Committee of the Zhejiang Artists Association, and honorary chairman of the Zhejiang International Art Exchange Association.
