The conference reviewed and approved the draft amendment of the Putian City Photographers Association and the "Measures for the Administration of Certificates and Fund". Lin Mingji was elected as the chairman of the new council of the Putian Photographers Association. Zheng Xiyang, Yang Chunming, Zhang Li, Cai Hao, Guo Jinyu, Xu Wu, and Zhou Guizhen were elected as the vice chairman, and Ma Li was elected as the secretary -general.

This year, Putian was once again awarded the honorary title of "Hometown of China Photography" by the Chinese Photographers Association.

In recent years, Putian City Photography Team has continued to grow and grow. A large number of newcomers of photography and backbone have joined the Municipal Photo Association and the Provincial Photo Association. According to statistics, at present, the Putian Municipal Photographers Association has more than 60 national members, more than 200 provincial members, and more than 700 municipal members.
