5. Training method

The lecturer teaches the live broadcast of the online college. The teacher and the students can interact online. According to the requirements of the "Training Regulations for Public Institutions Staff" issued by the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the certificate can be used as a certificate of time for participating in continuing education as professional and technical personnel in the venue.
