The documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on the 22nd show that some Tesla's automatic window reversal systems have failed. When the fingers are placed on the window, they cannot be recognized, and their fingers will be clamped. The agency stated that this violates the US security standards for automatic windows.

The recall covers some of the "Model3" series of sedan from 2017 to 2022, some "Model" SUVs in 2020 and 2021, and some "Models" and "Modelx" SUVs in 2021 and 2022.

According to reports, in August this year, Tesla found this problem in the production test. Starting on November 15, Tesla will notify the owner to recall the vehicle by email.

Tesla said that online software updates will solve the problem of the window, and the current production will be updated from September 13.
